The Arcady at Boon Keng Show-Flat Layouts
At launch, the developer’s factsheet named Type B2 and Type C5 as the show-flat layouts, with interiors by Ensemble Pte. Ltd. Type B2 is a 678 sq ft 2-bedroom whose second bedroom has its own bath, also reached from the living area. Type C5 is a 1,281 sq ft 3-bedroom premium with study, with a wide living and dining frontage, a master bedroom facing the city skyline and a wardrobe of about 2.7 metres.
